New form available to submit model write-ups

We ask members to provide some background information about the models they bring to meetings, primarily so we can accompany pictures of those models in the newsletter. In an effort to make it easier for members to submit that information, we’ve created a fill-in-the-blank Word document, linked below.

Model write-up form

To provide a write-up for a model, open the form in MS Word (or a compatible application). Enter the information about your model, and ‘Save as’ a new document somewhere on your computer. Include your name and some description of the model in the file name. Then just email a copy of the document to the newsletter editor.

We’ll take pictures of your model at the meeting, but feel free to attach your own pics to the email if you wish.

If you don’t have access to Word or something similar, you can use the outline provided below to send your write-up as text in the body of an email to the editor.

In cases where you bring more than one model to a meeting, please provide a separate email with your write-up for each model.

The alternative outline for non-form submissions is below. Just copy/paste the following into the body of your email and add your text.
