I was inspired by the work others were doing with the laser cutters at the library Makerplace while I was working on the club trophy. Consequently, I designed a plaque that can be given to each winner as a permanent keepsake of their award. The award is etched on a piece of pre-cut and bordered brass plate and attached to a prefinished walnut plaque. The plaque and trophy were given to Mike Hanlon at the monthly meeting on May 7th.
