The next meeting of the IPMS McKinstry chapter will be dedicated to our late President, Norris Graser. The chapter would like to invite anyone who knew Norris to join us in remembering an exceptional modeler and historian, who has been the heart and soul of our club for many, many years.

Bring a model (or two) that he helped you build by providing information, decals, suggestions, encouragement (or even gentle nagging). Or just come to share memories of a man who will be sorely missed.

The meeting will start at 6:30PM in the Hendricksen Room on the 2nd floor of the Arlington Heights Memorial Library.

Following each meeting, it’s been a tradition for members to retire to a local restaurant for dinner. In this case, the club has reserved a room at Eddie’s, a local watering hole located at 10 E Northwest Highway – a couple blocks south of the library. We can continue to share stories and lies for as long as any would care to stay. Eddie’s offers a variety of burgers, sandwiches, and similar fare, and there will be a cash bar.

Stop by the library anytime after 6:30, or join us as we head over to Eddie’s around 8:30.
